Ticketing
Do I need to pre-book a ticket?
Tickets for the Wembley Stadium Tour can be purchased in advance or on the day of your visit at the stadium.
However, pre-booking is strongly recommended - it guarantees your place on a tour and offers a discounted rate.
Tours can reach full capacity, and your preferred time slot may not be available on the day. Booking ahead helps ensure you get the most out of your visit.
Arrival times
To ensure a smooth start to your Wembley Stadium Tour, we strongly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your
scheduled booking time. This helps avoid any delays or disappointment and gives you time to check in and get ready
for your experience.
Booked through a third party?
If you've booked your Wembley Stadium Tour through a third-party provider,
please check your voucher or ticket for specific booking instructions.
If your booking is through Virgin Experience Days or Buy A Gift,
your voucher must be redeemed before your visit.
If you're unsure how to do this, feel free to contact our Booking Team on 0800 169 9933 - they'll be happy to assist.
On the day of your tour, please present your voucher or ticket at the Tour Ticket Desk.

Tour Experience
What can I expect from my Tour?
Your tour begins as soon as you arrive. You'll start by exploring the first two sections at your own pace, giving you time to take in the atmosphere and displays.
After that, your Tour Host will guide you and your group through the more secure areas of the stadium. Along the way, they'll share fascinating facts and stories at each key stop.
At the end of your visit, your Tour Host will direct you to the Stadium Store, where you'll have the opportunity to browse and purchase a wide range of Wembley and England memorabilia.
Please note: Wembley Stadium is a working venue, and occasionally certain areas of the tour route may be closed due to safety or operational reasons. Our tours team will always do their best to give you access to as much of the stadium as possible, but some areas may not be available during your visit.
Is there a Tour café in the stadium?
We're pleased to share that there is now a Tours Café available on site, offering a selection of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks for you to enjoy before your Wembley Stadium Tour.
